HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

You can contact us through 4 ways of communications:

  • Download our Dima Laundry mobile app from your app store and make a pickup request
  • Access our website and chat with us through the chat box
  • Email us at info@dimalaundry.com with your request
WHAT TIME DO YOU PICK-UP AND DELIVER?

It is completely up to you. Simply tell us when you want the pickup and we will ensure arrival within an hour. We are ready to deliver within 24 hours of pickup to any location and at any time that suits your schedule.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay using any of the following methods:

  • Cash or by credit card on site.
  • You can make a complete online booking with online payment and enjoy a discount.
  • Sign up for a monthly package and pay online or through your Dima Laundry app.
  • Get a prepaid package and pay online to enjoy laundry for a month.
IS THERE ANY HIDDEN COST? WHY ARE THERE NO CHARGES FOR DELIVERY? IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT?

There are no hidden charges at all. Also, we offer free delivery and pickup because it’s a main part of our Dima Laundry concept. There are various packages and promotions to choose from that come with great discounts, including:

  • 30% fixed discount on the first order
  • 5% discount when you pay online
  • Family and business packages
  • Prepaid package
HOW ABOUT IF I AM NOT AT HOME?

No problem! If you stay in a villa, we will provide a free Dima locker, which can be installed in your villa’s yard and we will come to pick it up. If you do not stay in a villa, you can:

  • Use our Dima Laundry app to make a pickup order, and the App will register your location.
  • Register your preferred locations with us and we will come to the locations you choose.
  • Leave your items with the building guard and we will take care if the rest.
WHAT IF I HAVE JUST ONE PIECE THAT I NEED TO CLEAN?

No order is too small. We would be happy to offer you all of our services and benefits.

WHAT IF YOU DAMAGE ANY OF MY ITEMS?

Our aim is to provide you with world-class service. However, if you should find a stain on an item or fault in the service, we would be more than happy to rewash or dry clean the item again at no cost. The item will also be dealt with as an express service item to be delivered in only 12 hours, along with a satisfactory compensation.

In case of any item damage, we will fully compensate you based on the age of the item, and you can choose the compensation as one of the following options:

  • Cost of item in money
  • Free service for set number of items
  • Voucher of any of our 1851 Family club redemption channels
HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF MY ITEM?

We employ an advanced bar-coding system that helps us keep track of every single item and its cleaning status – which you can access from your account on our website.
